Hotel Auerhahn - Pulheim

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It wassuper clean and cozy, providing a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the reliable Wi-Fi and the delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs. The staff was excellent, speaking good English and being very great to detail. We were really surprised when we left an open wine bottle on the desk and the next morning, a proper glass was placed next to it. we had a great experience at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The hotel lacked some key amenities and services. the shower had issues with the thermostats, fluctuating between extreme hot and cold temperatures.

The room was decently sized for the price and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. the free Wi-Fi worked great, and it was a real bonus having scrambled eggs included in the breakfast.

One thing that really bothered me was how sometimes, when I was taking a shower, the water temperature would suddenly change, turning either scalding hot or icy cold. It made showering uncomfortable and frustrating.

The hotel offers spacious single rooms with comfortable beds and good showers. the staff is friendly and fluent in English, providing attentive service. the hotel has reliable wifi, which is a rarity in Germany. Guests can enjoy a satisfying breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs.

One negative aspect is that the hotel still advertises a restaurant that actually closed down a year ago.
